هناك أماكن لا تغادرنا أبدًا.
وكانت دبي، بالنسبة لعائلتنا، واحدةً منها.

حين أعادتنا الحياة إلى لبنان لبعض الوقت، ورغم أننا غادرنا المدينة التي أشعرتنا بأنها وطننا، إلا أن شعور الانتماء الذي منحتنا إيّاه لم يغادر قلوبنا.

ظلّ أطفالي يشتاقون كثيرًا إلى دبي، فتمنّوا بيتًا صغيرًا يعيد إليهم تلك الذكريات.

ومن هنا وُلد بيت اللعب الإماراتي الصغير.

وحين بدأوا يلعبون فيه، عادت تلك الذكريات تنبض بالحياة، وبقي ذلك الرابط حيًّا في تفاصيل يومياتنا.

استُلهم هذا المشروع من الجمال الخالد لمتحف الشندغة @alshindaghamuseum،
ومن الجهود الملهمة التي تبذلها سمو الشيخة لطيفة بنت محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم @hhshklatifa للإحتفاء بتراث دبي والحفاظ عليه ونقله إلى الأجيال القادمة.

إنه أكثر من مجرد بيتٍ للعب، بل مساحةٌ يستكشف فيها الأطفال، ويتعلّمون، وينمون، وهم يبنون علاقةً تدوم مدى الحياة مع تراثهم وثقافتهم وهويتهم.

Our Playhouse promote independent play while exploring all aspects of each toy. In this video captured spontaneously you will find our beautiful little client mastering problem-solving. She couldn’t manage to handle her grip at the beginning but within seconds she was able to overcome it with great attention to focus and eye-hand coordination. Today we are promoting 3 of many of educational toys available in our Playhouse.

1. Buckle-up: practicing un-buckle by “click” & “snap” not only promotes muscle strength & body coordination, It also involves in basic training to gain autonomy skills in daily life.

2. Pull Cloud Strings: pulling strings in different directions promotes motor skills development, first-hand example of cause & effect, strengthening muscles and many more,.

3. Magnifying glass: We were keen to include in-attachable magnifying glass not only to promote STEM learning but also to allow your child to wonder freely looking for live adventures inside and outside the house. Did you know that experts believe babies from age 6 months, learn how to differentiate between faces emotional expressions and voice tones? Our Playhouse promotes learning through exploring each toy while playing. In the video our client used our “Emotion Wheel” to label emotions while singing. spending 10 minutes of focused interaction time, one-on-one, each day is long enough to make the connection meaningful. Our Playhouse offers Parents and children dedicated quality time learning about emotional awareness.
Through play, toddlers learn about their emotions and how to express them.

Knowing what we are feeling is the first step to managing ourselves. It is very important to talk to our children about our emotions and theirs through expressing visually the main 4 core emotions.
Our emotion wheel is a great visual aid to help your child identify how he’s feeling, and also to expand his emotional vocabulary.
