Weekly practice before class 💙
Playing with musicality, exchanging ideas, and supporting each other’s growth.
Switching roles helps to see the dance from a different perspective, step outside of comfort zones, and learn from each other. We hope it inspires others too✨
Inspired by DJ Ly and Skuco 🎶

Holliday workout session with the kids.

Did you know that when you work out your brain releases a cocktail of hormones? Some of these make us happy. If we train together with someone, these hormones aid in the bonding between those people ♥️

Trying to keep up the training routines can be hard for most of us while we’re out travelling. Thankfully most hotels offer a gym, although not as fully equipped as we may be used to. But more than sufficient for a good workout.
In the case of no gym - use your imagination! I will post a video later on how you can get a good AND heavy workout without weights 🤗
