GRAZIE TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE FILMING OF THE PILOT EPISODE OF THE PENNE RIGATE SHOW! I am overwhelmed with gratitude. An absolute dream come true. Production isn’t done yet, but thank you’s must be given because nothing is accomplished without community. Thank you to @elzach @tatumswann and @thenickcastellanos for your passion, talent, whimsy, dedication and skill. Thank you @jonplester and @rudyschieder for believing in the project and making this process one of joy. @playgroundsocial is truly a special group of folks, and this project would not exist without their existence. Thank you @jordanfreakingwilson and @jake_prizant for coming in and adding to the wonderful chaos. And thank you to my friends who took a risk and came to a 7+ hour shoot to be the in studio audience on a Sunday when you could’ve been outside enjoying the weather and your day off. I cannot emphasize this enough, but this project and its many iterations would not be possible without the time, care, and talent of the people around me. Thank you thank you thank you, PENNE RIGATE LOVES YOU FOR EVER.

Out Now - “Return” by Chicago-based singer-songwriter @alexisplaen who blends pop rock, introspective lyricism, and striking multi-media artistry into a sound that defies genres.

This session was brought to life through the generous collaboration of @playgroundsocial , a Chicago-based filmmaker collective whose support—and stunning 2,000 square foot studio—made this production possible. We’re incredibly grateful for their partnership, talent, and belief in independent artists.

We went back to our roots for this special Chicago session with @_maidenking_ in the city where Seawall started. This is the premiere of a new single “Phony Gold”, exclusively for Seawall Sessions.

This session was brought to life through the generous collaboration of @playgroundsocial , a Chicago-based filmmaker collective whose support—and stunning 2,000 square foot studio—made this production possible.
