I miss having flowers at home but with this crazy heat they don’t last a week. I am waiting for the monsoons to arrive so that I can fill my home with these beautiful blooms. #flowerstagram #flowerslovers #joy by @playitjazz

The countdown begins to one of the most important chapters of my life…🧿 as we race to close all final preps, dry cleaning, alterations, few rituals and some more. Very proud of how far we have come. Living on cups of chai and caffeine and a dangerous amount of adrenaline❤️😀 Send good vibes y’all❤️🙏 #goodvibesonly #positivevibes #hanginginthere #myhomevibe by @playitjazz

Friday and a crazy upcoming week. There are days when your serenity prayer takes a toll and you start with God grant me the serenity to .. and ends with nah eff it.. can’t do. Not today. You then just go around lighting candles, smell the roses all the while listening to sappy Kdrama OSTs and calling long distance friends to whine some more. Yeah that kind of weekend….collective projections can be fun. Try it! #randomthoughts #fridayfeeling by @playitjazz

Two years ago my eldest got married and I very bravely decided to hold one function at home ..in this tiny apartment .. the haldi ceremony. I remember it was hot that day but not as crazy hot as Bangalore is today. The home was full of people who mean the world to us. Easily around 25+ folks And though the fresh flowers wilted in two days the memories remain. Time goes by so fast and as I look back on this chapter of my life I wonder how did I do it. Now on to next..#home #memories #nostalgiacore by @playitjazz

And while the world burns and pours heavens over ..here are some happy images on Earth day. Do your bit people. Save water. Recycle. Reuse. Stop using polyester. I am carrying my jhola this time to my favourite country to stop them from giving me so many poly bags. I saw a lot of folks doing that last time. Maybe there is hope. #earthday #sustainability #recycle #savetheplanet by @playitjazz

We are nearly towards the end of a hectic 15 day festive season out here in India. It’s marvellous to see the tapestry of different cuisines, customs and rituals from various parts of the country. Trying to keep away from the calorie intense food and not to cook and be extra has been the toughest part for a foodie like me. And btw if you don’t already follow my friend Rashmi of @kasoor_e_methi do check out her visually delightful posts on food, customs and all things Indian and beautiful! Highly recommended❤️Anyhoo ..Whichever Gods you pray to - I hope your homes and souls are lit with Abundance, Grace and Happiness❤️🙏 #festivalseason #festivalsofindia #consoletable #subahkichai #baisakhi #ugadi #vishu #poilaboishakh #eid #easter #gudipadwa #indian #bhakti by @playitjazz
