You’re holding a lot. Work, family, aging parents, children, relationships, endless responsibilities—and somewhere along the way, you may have started feeling more tired than alive.

Wildly Alive Breathwork is a gathering for women 40+ who are ready to pause, breathe, reconnect with their bodies, and remember the woman underneath all the roles they carry.

Through breathwork and embodied practices, we’ll release some of the overwhelm and make space for energy, pleasure, presence, and aliveness.

Because you’re not here just to manage your life.
You’re here to feel WILDLY ALIVE in it.

My dad passed away peacefully on 10/12/25 after a long illness. His spirits were always bright. He loved music, his family, and being in the sunshine. He will be missed. ❤️

Goddess Illumination: Rituals for Renewal is a workshop happening this weekend on Sunday, April 13th from 5:00pm-8:00pm. We will gather in circle to ground ourselves then Lydia will guide you through a Breathwork practice followed by sharing and connection. Cat will lead us in a Sound Bath flowed by a closing ritual. Cat Martorelli @aestheticrehab and I @playlikeapriestess are so excited to be joining forces to bring you our new healing experience, Goddess Illumination: Rituals for Renewal Imagine an evening dedicated to nurturing and awakening your inner goddess energy through a harmonious blend of breathwork, sound healing, ritual, and sisterhood. As the sun sets, casting a gentle glow over the gathering space, we’ll begin with guided soul meditation to center ourselves, releasing stress and inviting calm. The room resonates with the soothing tones of crystal bowls and chimes, enveloping everyone in a cocoon of healing vibrations. Sound healing encourages deep relaxation and connection to our inner selves. Moving into ritual, participants are invited to set intentions and voice what they are releasing to honor their personal paths. Guided Breathwork creates space for deep healing and release on a cellular level and invites new levels of aliveness.The evening is enriched by the presence of sisterhood, a supportive community where sharing and connection flourish, empowering each woman to embrace her divine essence. Together, these practices create a sacred space for renewal, allowing each participant to leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and deeply connected to their true self.

This morning, I’m getting back to my sacred start with quiet time, a card pull, and a hot cup of tea. Today’s messages were all about trusting the magic I already have. I don’t need to do more, push harder, or reinvent the wheel. Neither do you.
