Good vibes at one of our 7 Peak gyms across the cape and garden route. Early AM class followed by our run club and some good memories worth turning into a story. Stay tuned for more ⚡️🧡🙌🏻✌🏼

Welcome to the Team Coach Dylan! 👊🏽

A CrossFit Level 2 Coach with the ambition to change the world through fitness, Dylan spent the last month in our PEAK Coaches Interning Program, and after great feedback both from our members and the Team Captains that have evaluated him we can proudly say that he has passed the test with flying colors! ✅

Which is why you’ll see Coach Dylan as a fixture on the schedule in our Claremont, Diep River & Foreshore Gyms already from next week. 📆

PS. With great powers comes great responsibility, go out there and make the world a better place kiddo! 🦹‍♂️
