Tally in the Valley you were a monster! First trail “race” in the books and longest distance I have ever ran (elevation was no joke either)!!!!!! Task- As many 7 k loops as I could muster in 6 hours! Powered by delusional thinking and pretzels I ended with 4 loops in 6 hours and some change. I’ll take it! My advice is get a crew mate that will help take your socks off and feed you pickles while you cry rally. Thank you queen @lindsay_jennings12 your calm energy patience and unwavering belief in me got me through that last lap. Forward is a pace-this one was slow and dirty and epic!!!!! Shout out to the Friendship run crew for the 100s of kilometer’s spent behind this montage of magic muscles. I was going to add music but the raw audio kills with the truth hahah Play on my friends. #tallyinthevalley by @playprojectworkshops
