when we made Ojai (Wanna Run Away) devan and i were trying to figure out the right key to give it a warm & fuzzy feeling - we took the instrumental down a half step and liked it so we re-tracked the vocals but they didn’t feel as emotional as the earlier takes so we kept those and pitched them down and landed here. lil studio magic moments. also sometimes i change my clothes/hair/glasses/accessories between tracking a verse and chorus or bridge, because they require different textures and feelings, is that weird?? anyone else? by @playrikki
