Coming soon to Fairmount Philadelphia! A new play-space for ALL kids. All events are neurodivergent friendly and we will be having some events specifically for ND kids and their families.

We will have kids yoga, art, free play, parties, drag queen story time and so much more.

For parents we will have parents night outs, events and classes for you.

Playschool Playhouse is where you will find your people, your village and a space where you and your kids can be themselves.

I will be sharing MY journey as a late diagnosed auDHD friend and I cannot wait to hear you stories.

She is slowly coming along but she will be ready for a soft opening in the next month or so.

When I’ home sick I have time to have a little fun editing 🤭 but for REAL, it DOESN’T have to be this rough. You DON’T need to be this stressed. It CAN be easier. Nopem not every single day BUT when things roll and flow on most days, you have the tools and bandwidth do deal with the messy ones. I mean we are ALL human and are gonna have off days, kids and grown adults like.

These influencers are going way too far. They’re telling parents not to do anything that will upset their children in any way. Which means there’s no discipline at all. There’s no reaction for an action. Because they are saying that no kids should ever feel badly about themselves or sad about something they’ve done. That’s psychotic and check out post so you can see why I say that. The pendulum has swung too far again.

To be clear, I’m not saying that it’s not cool to be loud or it’s not cool to be curious or it’s not cool to be bouncing, my problem with these posts and I see them a lot, it’s just fake science. It’s just not real and that’s not OK. Kids come in all kinds and there’s not one kind that is a genius or feel safe or it’s regulated or is the best kind. So my thing is just watch out for fake science on the socials. And if it sounds too neatly wrapped up in a beautiful little package, it’s probably not true. Or there is the tiniest tiniest morsel of truth and then they just manipulated into whatever they want so they get their clicks.
