Distilling the experience of @weoutherefest to just 20 slides was tough. What an amazing festival, from the incredible musical curation, thoughtful and well implemented infrastructure, amazing production, delicious food, perfect company and so so much more. Ask me about it and I’ll gladly talk your ear off!
This was the first but definitely not the last! Thank you @gillespeterson for creating something so beautiful! I’m back in Toronto with a reignited love of music and a lot of inspiration! by @pleasurecraft

22 years ago on a rainy Tuesday morning in Halifax, Sonika was born!

Little Soni was an adventurous and fast moving baby who was crawling by the time she was five months old.

22 years later, and I’m still so proud of your adventurous and discerning ways! No one makes me laugh the way you do. You take ‘little treats’ to its highest form (a girl after my own heart). I get to see you as both an older and younger sibling, and you are great in both roles. A thoughtful and generous friend. Talented artist. Just an overall sweetheart that I’m so lucky to have in my life. I love you immeasurably @sonikawoodfine
