In childhood, we never thought about “Ukrainian style”. Our entire world was right here. Now, looking back, we are using technology to reconnect with our roots and to understand what truly shapes our character.
It’s that feeling, that smell of reality the moment you return home.

This is what our solo exhibition, “Ukraine Is…” is about.

During the opening of the exhibition “A Gaze Through Reality”, a Breaking Art Performance took place at the junction of dance and painting.
The participants - BBOYS, created paintings in real time, using their own shoes as a tool. Every movement, every rotation or forging was recorded with paint on the canvas. As a result, a spontaneous, intuitive picture was born, where the plasticity of movement became a visible pattern.
This is a materialized rhythm, dance, recorded in paint.
Such art is an act of presence where the body, space and gesture form a single language.

Під час відкриття виставки «Погляд крізь реальність» відбувся унікальнии перформанс
на стику танцю й живопису.
Учасники - BBOYS , створили живописні роботи в реальному часі, використовуючи власне взуття як інструмент.Кожен рух, кожне обертання чи ковання фіксувалося фарбою на полотні. Внаслідок цього народилася спонтанна, інтуїтивна картина, де пластика руху стала зримим
візерунком.
Це матеріалізовании ритм, танець, зафіксовании у фарбі.
Таке мистецтво є актом присутності - де тіло, простір і жест утворюють єдину мову.

The Ephemerality of Unity is a sculptural composition in which the obscure form of an anti-tank hedgehog appears not as a symbol of defense, but as a metaphor for unity. Two individually different people, fused into a single structure, embody the idea that strength comes from unity, even if it is temporary or fragile. This form becomes the embodiment of resilience that arises in times of trial — when collective action turns into the protection of shared values.
The author raises the theme of the ephemerality of bonds in times of war, where unity is not permanent but vitally necessary. The apple element is read as an allusion to biblical temptation and knowledge, which arises in the context of moral choice: what does each of us
do to resist evil? It also
symbolizes the transience of time and the impermanence of relationships.

Ефемерність обʼєднання - скульптурна композиція, в якій неочевидна форма протитанкового їжака постає не як символ оборони, а як метафора єдності. Двоє індивідуально різних людей, злиті в єдину конструкцію, втілюють ідею, що сила народжується з обʼєднання, навіть якщо воно тимчасове чи крихке. Ця форма стає уособленням стійкості, що виникає в моменти випробувань - коли колективна дія перетворюється на захист спільних цінностей.
Автор порушує тему ефемерності звʼязків у часі війни, де єднання - не постійне, але життєво необхідне. Елемент яблука зчитується як алюзія на біблійну спокусу та знання, яке постає у контексті морального вибору: що кожен із нас
робить, щоб протистояти злу? А також
символізує плинність часу та непостійність взаємозвʼязків.
