Last week I got a chance to speak to the team at @sheduchops about the importance of communicating with intent in their sales process!

Many businesses don’t realize how much money is left on the table when they don’t pay attention to use of language, and the concept of upselling.

It was quite the experience opening their eye to how important it is to lead the conversation by asking the right questions!
