EPISODE 01: WE HAVE A PROBLEM… 🚨 Too small. Too crowded. Not enough seats. 🥲 So Hazel and I thought… why not give ourselves a bigger headache and renovate the whole thing? 😎 Wish us luck. We’re gonna need it. 🤞 Couldn’t be more grateful to have all my big bros for helping us on this project @thinhv1 @jeremy_jj_e Kevin Thai 🫶🏽 #HazelEspresso #Hazel2.0 by @plong.tr_

What does Hazel Espresso mean to us? 🤎 It’s so much more than just a cafe. It’s the amazing people we’ve met along the way, the community we’ve built together, and all the little moments that make Hazel feel like home. It’s also been a journey of growing together — learning how to lead, how to grow, and how to create a place where our team feels proud and every customer leaves with a little more happiness than when they arrived. Almost five years of Hazel Espresso, and we’re still learning, growing and grateful every. single. day 🤎 Thank you for being part of our journey 💫 by @plong.tr_
Been a long time coming… 👀 Can’t wait to show you what’s next. @hazel.espresso_ by @plong.tr_
Still a little hard to believe. 🥹🤎 We’re so grateful to be Winner of 2026 Outstanding Cafe in the Gold Coast Local Business Awards. To everyone who has walked through our doors, brought a friend, shared a meal, had a coffee, recommended us, or simply kept coming back — THANK YOU. Hazel Espresso is what it is because of the people who fill it with life every day. We don’t take your support for granted. This means so much to our little team, and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of your everyday moments. A special thanks to our past and present team who have shared this journey with us. From our very first days to where we are now, every person has helped shape Hazel in their own way. We’re grateful for the time, energy and memories you’ve given to our little cafe. 🤎 Here’s to more good coffee, shared tables, familiar faces, and memories still to be made. ☕️✨ Thank you for growing with us. We can’t wait to make more memories with you. 🤎 Love, Hazel & Long #localbusinessawards #goldcoast #goldcoastcafe by @plong.tr_

Happy birthday to my favorite person in the world! 🎂 by @plong.tr_
To our precious Mason, This day last year, you came into our lives, and even now it feels hard to believe you’re already turning ONE, a whole year old 🥹 every day I see you grow, watch every stretch, every milestones feels like it passed in a blink. You’ve changed everything about my world in the best way. Thank you for teaching me the real patience and for being so patient with me too. Thank you for doing all the firsts together, for showing me what unconditional love really means, and for choosing us to be your mama and dada 🩵 We love you more than words could ever say. Happy very 1st birthday, our baby Mason 🥹🎂 #1701 by @plong.tr_
