Thought it might be time to show my face πŸ˜† by @plot49diaries
Artistic ability level 0...But, I like these stones more than the plastic sticks we have been digging out of the plot! πŸ˜‚ #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries
A slightly damp day, but one step closer to where we want to be by the time the horrible weather sets in for winter! #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries
A busy and productive Saturday at the allotment! πŸ₯° More to come tomorrow! #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries
πŸ‘† Clearing around the raspberries and blackberry bushes today, they were being strangled by moss and grass and weeds and the bases looked like they may be rotting, so, a good clear up to give them some breathing space was much needed! And, I was joined by a little buddy who was keen to keep an eye on my work! πŸ₯° #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries

One section at a time 🌱 Plot 49 update: the weeds are coming out! πŸ™Œ I did not expect to be wheeling a full barrow of them back to the house, but that's allotment life for you. πŸ˜… The plan is simple: tackle one section at a time, tidy it up, then move on to the next. Slow progress is still progress, and it feels so good to see bare soil and clear ground appearing! Swipe to see what we got up to today πŸ‘‰ What's your best tip for beating the weeds? πŸ‘‡ #allotmentlife #allotmentuk #plot49diaries #growyourown #allotmentgardening weeding newallotment gardeninguk by @plot49diaries
The list continues to grow, but without some work, this plot is going to be harder work later on! πŸ™Œ #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries
Meet Plot 49. 🌱 We've just taken this allotment plot on: a bit patchy, a mystery mound of soil, a little tree, and a whole lot of potential. No grand plan yet, just a spade, some enthusiasm and a lot to learn. We'll be sharing the clearing, the planting and the mistakes right here. Follow along on Plot 49 Diaries. πŸ‘‡ What would you plant first? πŸ₯¬ #allotmentuk #allotmentlife #allotmentdiary #growyourown #plot49diaries by @plot49diaries
