🍂 It's actually feeling like we're in Autumn finally so I thought I'd try making a toad in the hole (in the air fryer using a cake tin and it worked!) for me and little one's tea tonight! 😋

⭐ 4 Lincolnshire Pork Sausages
⭐ Olive Oil
⭐ ⅓ Cup Plain Flour
⭐ ⅓ Cup Oat Milk
⭐ 2 Eggs

I cooked the sausages in a pool of olive oil in the air fryer for 5 minutes on 195°c first to crisp up the outside of the sausages while the olive oil heated up then poured in the Yorkshire pudding mixture around the sausages and cooked for a further 30 minutes.

🎀 I've finally put together an official video showing the gradual process of my daughter's bedroom! 🖌️

Unfortunately sleeping in her own bed didn't stay consistent. Kids just like to sleep in their safe space with Mummy or Daddy and that is completely natural! 😊 Even if it gives us parents back ache, neck ache and sleepless nights being pushed out of bed. 😵‍💫

Her bedroom has been a gradual process. I wish moving furniture and decorating was as easy as an edited video makes it look! Lots of sweat and tears have gone into it over a year.

Happy to see a clean kitchen again after little ones night time nappy pants somehow got thrown into the washing machine with the laundry this morning (Luckily it was unused) and made a massive mess! The bedding, school uniform and everything else were covered in plastic fibres and fluff and showered the kitchen floor with those absorbent beads made of gel when I took them out. 😭 It took hours to shake everything out and vacuum several times. 😩 Anyway, here's a clean part of my kitchen I don't show often enough. 😂

🎀 Little one has been napping (on the sofa haha) after school today so I gave her bedroom a good tidy & clean while tea has been cooking! 🥰

⭐ 🌙 My daughter picked this starry night globe up at @walkersnurseries months ago and asked if she could have it for her birthday which is quite some time away yet. She's never had a normal sleep routine ever since she was born (some nights still she's awake until 2am as she just can't turn off, like Mummy!) But now she's at school I decided to let her have the globe early and see if it will help her decompress a little bit as nothing else has worked yet - Lavender bed time bubble baths, magnesium gummies or sleepy pillow/room spray. She hates milk so hot milk isn't an option either. We have actually managed to get her to sleep before midnight since turning on this little starry night globe these past few nights though! It calms her down instead of climbing the headboard for hours and hurting herself. Nothing will stop her asking for foot tickles before bed though!!! Fingers crossed it works again tonight! 🤞🏼 🌙 ⭐

🎃 🍂 Loving my beautiful Autumn/Halloween garland from the clearance section at @sainsburys 🥰 I did want one very similar which was in the sale at Argos but it was out of stock when I got there! Silly me not reserving it or checking the stock availability. 🫣 Argos is luckily inside my nearest Sainsbury's store and I found this on an end rack near the Halloween stuff!

🎃 I couldn't wait any longer to get this back out! 😂 Once Halloween is over the Halloween decorations need to come down and the Christmas decorations go up so it only made sense to get a decent month out of the Halloween decor by starting now as it only comes around once a year! We are swapping all our candles for black ones this year to try and make it like the Addams family home. 😂 🖤

🍂 Happy September everyone! 😊 I feel like I haven't posted in here for ages! My ADHD has been out of control lately, overwhelming me with ideas for the house and then acting on those thoughts all at once and getting nothing finished unless I stay up until the early hours and making myself unwell which I did do when it came to decorating the bathroom lol. I haven't finished though - the ceiling needs painting and the skirting and door need glossing. I've added some wooden shaker pegs to the living room walls to hang some cosy fairy lights from, paneled the landing between the door frames and painted the bathroom, and also added wooden ball cap to the tops of my stair posts (I got decking ones as they could be screwed straight in 🤔 They are very rough though and need treating!) as I'm thinking of doing the caps and rails light oak but they need sanding first as they have multiple layers of white gloss paint on them! by @plotninetyfour

🤍 Happy Sunday 🤍 I LOVE my new tie backs from @dunelmuk ! My curtains kept blowing out of the patio doors with the slightest breeze so I gave in and finally bought some tie backs on Friday. They are the exact same greige as my curtains I got on Amazon too which are very plain so these dress them up lovely! 😍 And the curtains no longer blow out of the door either! Yay!

✨ The fairy garden doesn't quite look like a fairy garden still?! It's missing fairies. 😂 What would you add? We have life in the pond now too - 3 fish and 5 ramshorns!
