What a great day! Lunch was pesto, cheese puff pastry twists, little side salad, plot slaw & garlic olives! 😋

Morning beauts! 🫶🏻
Banana pancakes, Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and honey! 😋❤️

Recipe
2 x ripe bananas
4 eggs
2/3 oat flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Mash bananas in a bowl, whisk in the eggs, add the oat flour & cinnamon. Give it a really good mix
Heat your frying pan on a medium heat, spoon your mixture into the pan and cook for 2/3 mins
