𝐒𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟗.𝟎𝟖 - 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐢-𝐥𝐢𝐧, 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐧 & 𝐓𝐒 𝐊𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐚 Local Circuit returns for another night dedicated entirely to the people shaping Copenhagen’s electronic music scene. From hypnotic atmospheres and fractured rhythms to psychedelic grooves and genre-fluid late-night selections, the night slowly moves from mood into pressure without following any obvious route. This edition brings together three familiar faces with very different ways of approaching the dancefloor: pai-lin moves through moody dub, ambient, psy, progressive and minimal with a hypnotist’s touch; Thodén brings things into starker territory through stripped-back structures, off-kilter percussion and washed-out textures; and TS Kahuna moves freely between leftfield bass, house, techno, psychedelic rhythms and dubbed-out atmospheres, drawn to the weird and slippery. Lineup: - Pai-lin - Thodén - TS Kahuna ABOUT LOCAL CIRCUIT Local Circuit is Jolene’s recurring series dedicated to Copenhagen’s own electronic music community. No imports, no headline logic — just artists we believe in, different corners of the local scene meeting on the same dancefloor, and a little more space to hear what’s happening right here at home. — @krisrehfeld @ployottesen @ts_kahuna — Sat 29.08 22.00–05.00 Free entry until 22.00, 75kr after 22.00 20+ taken in Jolene Bar by @ployottesen

Bringing you a new mix from Pai-Lin, Bangkok (TH), a selector moving between space, times, and textures. Her practice is guided by a deep attunement to her surroundings, past, present, and imagined shaping a sound that drifts through hallucinatory zones. This mix unfolds in layers of shimmering detail, like stepping into a crystal cave. At times moody and pensive, it draws on dub, ambient, and psychedelic textures, conjuring a reflective, almost spectral atmosphere. Progressive and minimal rhythms take hold, punctuated by flickers of experimental, brain-dance energy. This is Pai-Lin’s world full of gemstones, unfolding in motion. @ployottesen ⚪️⚪️⚪️ taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @ployottesen

Zawsze czujna, zawsze w ruchu, zawsze naprzód. link in bio Copenhagen’s pai-lin bares the signature of one attuned with and guided by a relationship with their surroundings, be they past, present, or future. For hers is a hypnotists touch: moody and pensive at times, summoning melancholic spectres of dub, ambient, and psy in reflective releases; whilst at others holding a grittier logic, as the driven pacing of new-age progressive and minimal is punctuated with experimental brain-dance flickers. All of this, deftly woven into logically progressing hallucitory zones. Always thinking, always moving, always forward. GFX/aiVFX @knypting.gen sound @jakona.tamma by @ployottesen
