New song with lifeguards-in-training behind me 🌊 🎶
“To catch my eye is unlikely
and if I had chosen to walk out the door
Even a minute later or if I’d stopped
by the bakery before… 🥐
I wouldn’t have seen you shining wet
Just out from your winter ocean dip
and I had to speak and be quick on my feet” 💦💖
Any ideas for a title?

Here are the lyrics (en français) that inspired the design:

What an honour to play at #notredamedelacroixdeménilmontant (the third largest church in Paris, and where #lacommunedeparis would assemble!) as part of @festival_septembre_indien with the superb @darcy.basse.guitare 🎸 🥁 I’ll remember it always 💓 thanks to those who came out and shared the moment 😘 and thanks to @linndelune for the videos!

“Phonebooth” the original recording 📞 do you remember using them? This song was inspired by phone booths in Montreal and the feeling of reaching out to someone but also having a refuge, somewhere your voice is literally amplified and where you’re protected from the rain 💓 whoever it is you’re trying to reach might not pick up, but there can be connection to something else, a moment, something beautiful 🌧️
