Undeniably, AI is helpful and makes everything simpler.

But on the other side, the more we depend on AI, the more we lose our creativity, the more we crave instant gratification, and the more we overlook the art of process..

My first triathlon attempt, Ironman Malaysia 2025.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my entire support system (Family members, friends, fellow triathletes, cycling and running buddies) for the continuous encouragement and motivation that inspired me to take on this last-minute mission.

A special note of appreciation to:

Coach Bukhari from @anbswimschool for the three months of intensive swimming lessons.
#a&bSwim

@azrilpadli for the bike fitting, tuning, and valuable cycling tips.
#pomensakti

@syukri_imrans , @azmirullahpj , @izran_sapkochai for the logistics, visualization, and event arrangements.

Redline Fitness Games Debut 💪

Alhamdulillah, survived! 😅

Went in with only 2 gym sessions as preparation and somehow made it through.

Jumped straight into the Single Intermediate category thanks to @lina_lissabilla recommendation. Looking back… maybe I should’ve started with Beginner. 😂 But hey, it was tough, yet definitely doable!

Workout:
🏃 Run – 500m
⛷️ Ski Erg – 35 cal
🏐 Deadball Over Shoulder – 40 reps (18kg)
🚴 Bike Erg – 35 cal
💪 Farmer’s Carry – 2 laps (48kg total)
🏃‍♂️ Shuttle Run – 20 laps
🪵 Plank Pull – 48m (20kg)
🏋️ Sandbag Gauntlet – 20m squat + lunge (20kg)
🚣 Row Erg – 35 cal
🔥 Burpee Thruster – 20 reps (7kg)
🐴 The Mule – 60m (15kg) + 120m (20kg)
🛷 Sled Push & Pull – 60m (65kg)

At least I came home with a medal instead of just a patch. 😆

-anon-

Alhamdulillah, my 1st OD Triathlon went smooth after back to back to back events (Gunung Nuang, Perlis Marathon, Kapas Marang).

JAULAH EDUTOURISM PERLIS - MEDAN 2024
