Hi — I’m Katia. Wet weather doesn't need to mean screen time, we set up an indoor camp site during the school holidays! The kids set up their table of foods and drinks, Tiny Toss sandbag plates, along with a campfire made of orange train tracks and bright fire coloured Tiny Toss sandbags! They sat around and pretend played for such a long time haha. Pjs all day and indoor camping. In the end they wanted real food snacks in their tent, but their fake food from @plushkadesignstudio served them well! Next time you're looking for an activity, have the kids set this up. A little peek behind the scenes as I build stock for my next market in August. Don’t miss my Stories if you’d like to see even more of the process!One of the ways I make stock building a little faster is by batch making. Instead of finishing one tomato from start to finish, I cut them all out first and make lots different designs at once. That way I can use the same colour thread for the whole batch, and all the little red felt offcuts go straight into my stuffing—so nothing goes to waste.Today is all about tomatoes… 🍅 Sliced for sandwiches🍅 Roasted for breakfast sets🍅 Whole ripe tomatoes for veggie basketsEvery tomato is still cut, sewn and stuffed by hand just with a little more efficiency.
