🪻 Couldn't resist going to see the bluebells on the Malvern hills🪻They've put on quite a display this year. If you're going to visit, please make sure you stick to the VERY well defined paths. We can confirm the Isle of Arran is absolutely stunning 🤩Felt really lucky to see the aurora borealis and Perseid meteor shower while we were there. Realised I hadn't posted for ages, and I went somewhere really beautiful so my weekend in Mallorca deserves a place on the grid. We were on a swimming trip with plenty of sea swimming, eating, drinking and a couple of training sessions in the 50 metre pool too. Flying somewhere fabulous for the weekend with great company and filling every second of the trip comes highly recommended. #SwimLife #VisitMallorca by @plutonium_sox

After two hours of rugby practice this morning I had planned a short run that didn't involve mud. Marco had other ideas. He insisted on going into the wood, dragged me into a muddy puddle and broke his lead chasing a squirrel.Then we got into the wood and there was a stunning carpet of bluebells.
