Why Dopamine Dressing? 💜✨
Because teaching little humans is HARD! 😂

Walking into my classroom looking like I need a nap, a coffee, and possibly a whole new personality… 😴☕️

But then I remember what I’m wearing. 👀💃🏻

A little color. A little pattern. A little flow. A lot of dopamine dressing. And suddenly my spirit is like, Ohhhhhh, we’re doing this today! 😂✨

Sometimes the lesson plan doesn’t change.
The emails don’t disappear.
The stack of papers is still waiting.

But when you feel good in what you’re wearing, your whole mood gets a little boost. 💜

Teaching little humans is hard. So I’m going to wear the happy clothes, twirl when necessary, and bring a little joy with me into the classroom. 🌈✨

Dinner with an old friend from high school tonight. ❤️ We’ve managed to keep in touch through all the years, and there’s just something special about catching up with someone who knew you way back when.

For those of you familiar with my love for coffee… well, I think it must have started with Dunkin’ mornings before school with Lilly! ☕️I think they had a two-donut special with coffee, and we would split the donuts and add a little milk (for Lilly). Simple times, sweet memories. .🍩

That’s the thing about old friends—they know your history. They’ve seen the different chapters, the ups and downs, the changes, the stories you sometimes forget yourself. And somehow, the love and connection are still there regardless of how much time has passed.

So grateful for old friends, shared memories, and a good dinner together. And we didn't even have any coffee! 🤣 taken in The Original White Fence Farm Restaurant by @pnmbn
