Ultra Fest was so Rad!! I felt so fortunate to get to see many of you into that finish line and see you celebrate that amazing accomplishment!

I got to set up the Start and see many of you then, then off to lead that hyak aid station with some awesome volunteers where I got to see all of you crush that first 17 miles! The best is getting to come back to the finish and see those finishes and hand out those hi fives and all the buckles. Soooo sweet to see! Yeah I was up working with the SUPER CREW for 36 hours straight on Saturday and Sunday but it's all worth it cause I simply love it!!

Can't wait till next year, it's one of our favorites!

Got up to the mountains with thing 3. Made up the 38 switch backs to Cascade Pass. Love the colors up there this time of year.

What an incredible weekend pacing the Victoria Marathon!

One of my favorite things about pacing is watching runners find that extra gear in the final stretch. You often finish solo as your pace group takes off toward the finish line.

But hearing “Thank you, pacer! I've been with you the whole dang time!” as runners fly by, it makes every mile worth it!

Such a fun experience and an awesome group of Super Pacers to be part of! Thank @runvictoriamarathon and Super Pacers for letting me join you for another year of fun in Victoria. by @pnw_mountain_runner
