2026 BCORCS Series Points Update – adding 1 throwaway.

With the necessary date changes this season, we recognize that October has become a very busy month with back-to-back race weekends and making every round work simply may not be possible.

To help out we’re introducing one throw away (best-results format) for the season:

A & B Classes: Best 8 of 9 rounds count toward your championship total points.
C & D Classes: Best 7 of 8 rounds count toward your championship total.

The lowest-scoring result over the whole season will be dropped from your final championship points. This will show up after the last race of the season.

We hope this takes some of the pressure off. Thank you for rolling with the changes and we will see you soon for more race action! 🏁🏁🏁 by @pnwma.bcorcs

Looking forward to some primo fall riding (and maybe some wintry surprises!) in this race.

With this change I will be looking for a few extra hands (including a couple of sweepers) so if anyone is keen to help and this weekend works better, please don't hesitate to reach out ☺︎︎

RACE DATES — SAVE YOUR OCTOBER!

We know everyone is wondering what’s happening with the upcoming races, so here’s where things stand:

We’ve met with all of our race organizers, and the good news is everyone is interested in moving to later dates rather than cancelling. 🙌

There are a lot of moving pieces involved in shifting race dates: weather, permits, volunteers, etc so nothing is finalized just yet.

For now, our message is simple:

🍁🍂SAVE YOUR OCTOBER! 🍂🍁

We’re working hard to keep as much racing on the calendar as possible and will share the revised dates as soon as everything is confirmed.

Stay tuned — we’re not done racing yet! 🏁 by @pnwma.bcorcs
