Tinned fish but make it cute… 🥂

A simple yet delicious platter to put together, for dinner or if you’re entertaining guests. It doesn’t take long to prepare at all, you just need good quality Tinned Fish and for that I’d recommend @thetinnedfishmarket it makes a huge difference!

My picks included:
- Sardines in Spicy Olive Oil
- Spicy Mussels w/ Garlic & Chilli
- Smoked Sprats (Nordic Sardines)
- Wood-smoked blue Mussels

I recommend pairing all of that with Burrata, Pan Con Tomate, fresh Baguette, good quality Butter, some Crisps and a nice bottle of Wine (for this I chose Cremant) which was our first time trying and will definitely be purchasing again 👌🏾

A weekend in…📍Warsaw

Wrapping up the last of the Poland trip. Warsaw is such a vibrant city with a buzzing food scene, chic coffee bars, and plenty to explore. If you’re planning a trip to Poland, spending a few nights here is a must!

We didn’t manage to fit in all the places we wanted to visit including the Old Town, which is meant to be incredibly picturesque and charming. But hey, all the more reason to go back 😎
