“Visualize your highest self and start showing up as her.”

I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately.

Not because I believe we have to become some completely different version of ourselves.

But because sometimes, the person we’re becoming is already there.

We’re simply waiting to start making choices that reflect who we are.

To slow down.
To be intentional.
To take care of ourselves.
To choose experiences that nourish us.
To stop shrinking.
To walk into a room knowing we belong there.

And perhaps most importantly…

To stop waiting for the “right time” to show up.

So this is me, choosing to show up.

For the experiences that make us pause.

For the places that make us feel restored.

For the rituals that bring us back to ourselves.

For the beauty found in the little pockets of life that feel like Elysian.
