🏀 Since 1963: Where Campers Become Stars 🌟

Founded in 1963 by high‑school coach Bob Kennedy at a Trenton CYO, the Pocono Invitational Basketball Camp pioneered the concept of a full-summer, overnight basketball experience in the Pocono Mountains .

Over 60+ summers, it’s grown into America’s longest-running co-ed basketball camp, welcoming over 100,000 campers and coaches—including legends like Dr. J, Karl‑Anthony Towns, Sue Bird, Geno Auriemma, Bob Hurley, and Nancy Lieberman—all woven into the camp’s rich heritage .

Set on a stunning 30-acre outdoor basketball paradise featuring 11 courts (nine outdoor, two covered) and classic camp activities—from cabins & campfires to swimming and game rooms—it’s where top-tier instruction meets timeless camp tradition .

📅 This Summer 2025, join us for next-level skill development, elite coaching, and unforgettable memories. Campers today… Stars tomorrow. by @poconoinvitational

“The game of basketball is played down HERE.” 🛑🔥

Listen in as Girls Camp Director Casi Donelan breaks down crucial adjustments:

📍 LOWER YOUR STANCE
Standing straight up leads to easy turnovers and poor balance. Get down low and use strong jab steps.

📍 EXECUTE CRISP PASSES
Stop throwing the ball away. Take pride in ball security and setting up your teammates.

Real instruction. Real accountability. Real growth.
