Blessed to test a continuous glucose monitor on my arm to get some perspective on how people with diabetes live!

I work in urgent care, and this is where a lot of people opt to get their care or come in sick with uncontrolled sugars. A CGM helps gain incredibly useful information on blood sugar trends and helps adjust insulin.

Grateful to our Endocrinology department and the diabetes care managers! And never never forget primary care doctors; they’re the first line and sometimes the only person patients get to see. by @pocusfam

STFM Annual Conference was incredible. Thank you to @stfm_fm POCUS Educator's Certificate Program, Kaiser Permanente colleagues, mentors, and mentees, STFM POCUS Task Force, and the wonderful city of New Orleans. Many memories to treasure. It's always a great one at STFM. Learned so much and now am ready to come home to puppy. Can't wait until Chi town 2027!!! taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @pocusfam
