Something we’ve been working on is finally LIVE⚠️
Multi-Track Audio Guides - now at SAKA Museum, Bali.

We just launched the second phase at SAKA Museum. And our CTO, Yvan Satyawan visited the museum himself to see it in action.

Visitors now can scan a QR, choose a narrative, and listen to stories based on objects they are curious about. These audio trails can be explored in their language and at their own pace.

Cosy autumn activity alert 🍂

Want to avoid the October rain? There’s a new digital scavenger hunt at the National Maritime Museum - and it’s been co-created with young people✨

This year, we’ve been working with Podego, the National Maritime Museum and three other brilliant sites on a new competitive scavenger hunt trail for young people.

With trail content developed by each site in collaboration with young people, the Kids in Museums Youth Panel were involved in an early testing phase. Tag along with Youth Panel members Fatima and Jules as they try out the trail for themselves📲

Available for free until February 2027 in the Polar Worlds gallery!

It’s natural for museums to choose English and the local language for their first audio guide.

To our surprise, these languages are not the most popular ones at SAKA Museum.

Turns out, 4 other foreign languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian) together made up 75% of all users (data sourced from Jan to Sep 2026).

Seeing teens actually enjoy museums for once>>>

Podego Play is a digital scavenger hunt made competitive in museums. The app was built with teens, for teens (though we’ve seen adults enjoying it🤭)

This is a collaboration project with @kidsinmuseums featuring @gnm_hancock @royalmuseumsgreenwich @wakefieldmuseums and Abbey House Museum @leedsmuseumsandgalleries

The game is voiced by Big Mike, the museum’s Trex model and Podi, his overly excited sidekick. Players find 10 objects based on clues, collect points by completing quiz questions, that feeds to a live leaderboard.
