Poetic Therapy is For The Dreamers 💭

If you’ve ever had a Dream or a Vision that you courageously executed, we see you, we applaud you and we are rooting for you!!

Not many Dreamers get to experience the joy of seeing their desires and aspirations fulfilled, but we are here to support those who have decided not to hold back!

Because of your courage and dedication to your Dreams, someone is inspired to shine just as bright and Dream out loud.

I love you Dreamers,
until next time 💌

Poetic Diaries ✨

Here’s clips of my favorite therapeutic practices that get me through the wild and trying times of life.

I want to share my journey with you:

I love to dance and move my body 🪩
Yoga saved my life 🧘🏽‍♀️
My home is my sacred place 💒
Sunsets are my favorite 🌅
A cup of tea brings me joy 🫖
A nice lounge is comforting to my soul 🌬️
Photoshoots have my heart 📸
Girl Time reigns supreme in my heart 🌹

Therapy looks different to me each day.
& every day I will honor my soul and gift myself with what is needed in each moment.

Comment some of the things you enjoy doing to help ease your spirit <333
