Baby, I will get on my hands and knees with to work through that heaviness sitting on your shoulders, in your heart, in your womb, and in your spirit.

I will not let you self-destruct and continue to hide out because God has something bigger for you.

And I know how to come up out of some heavy ish. Like a lot of black women are taught I made sure that my life looked good on paper, but at home I was struggling in an abusive marriage and swallowing every shove or every bad name right up into my womb until it was inflamed.

People are amazed at how rapidly my life turned around, but it was just because I left it was because I did the muthafukn work and didn’t chain myself to regret.

And after I did the muthafukn work I answered the call. Now I women through supportive ceremonies that transition them drowning, detached, and anxious to grounded, uplifted, and abundant.

If you’re ready to step out of the shadows of grief and swimming up the river of regret I’m hosting a communal ritual to release it. To join me for the Releasing Regret Ritual (online) type “Release” in the comments and I will personally send you the link or visit www.biglovehealing.com to enroll.

I have lived a thousand lives in this one and this weekend I transitioned into my most profound, prolific, divine, and radiant self.

This weekend I was nestled in a cradle of love as @ingraceyoga and @omiyoko777 ushered myself and five other women into our calling.

We were stripped of what has held us back, guided with love, embraced, and uplifted by spirit.

It is with peace, clarity, and confidence that I walk into this new season with all the gifts and abundance of water flowing through me.

I pray you join me.
I pray that you receive this medicine.
I pray you are ready to heal.

I am a medicine woman. It’s not on me.
It’s in me.
