Another year!!!

Thank you God for another year to grow, live, laugh, love and experience more of you and the gift of people.

God is good, and I’ll forever testify of it. In the obvious things, in the little things, in the things I understand and in the things I don’t, God’s goodness has been woven through my life in more ways than I can count.

So, cheers to more life, more laughter, more love, more growth, more beautiful people, more courage, more becoming and more of God.

I pray that I never lose touch with the wonder of God’s love. That I never become so familiar with His goodness that I forget to marvel at it. I pray that my heart remains tender towards Him, that my desires are continually surrendered to Him, and that my life is always aligned with His will.

Cheers to knowing Christ more, loving Him more, trusting Him more, and having the grace to follow wherever He leads.

September!!! 🤎

September to remember, as we like to call it.

I was having a conversation with one of my dearest girls this morning, and one thing we kept coming back to was growth.

Not necessarily that type of growth you can easily point to. Not necessarily the big and obvious things but those ones that make you stop and say, “Wait, life wasn’t like this last year.” And when you start putting the pieces together, the things you prayed about, the things you cried about, the things you thought would break you, the things that didn’t work out, the little wins, the lessons, the person you have become, the things you can finally do now that you couldn’t do then… You just get humbled. Because sometimes, we are so busy looking at what is still missing that we forget to look at how far God has brought us.

See eh, God is good and there really is no denying that. Even if you are not exactly where you thought you would be by now. Even if you imagined this year looking a little different, even if there are still prayers you are waiting to see answered. Pause, and look again. There is probably more evidence of God’s goodness in your life than you have taken the time to notice.

You survived some things you once thought you wouldn’t, you grew through seasons you didn’t understand, you lost some things and still found yourself, you changed, learnt, became wiser, and somehow, here you are.

Hmmmm, here’s a hug for you 🫂❤️

I pray this month gives us even more reasons to look back and say, “God, You have really been good to me.”

September will indeed be a month we remember, not because everything was perfect, but because God met us in the middle of it all and made it beautiful.

Sneak out of that event, house party or get-together especially when you only know one person there, and that’s the person who invited you. But he or she is busy running around with all other guests.

Don’t actually leave o. Just sneak off to one corner because you’re shy, find a stranger and ask them to take photos of you, you can even make a video too so you have sufficient evidence that you actually attended. 😂

Post it, look around a little like you’re still participating, then quietly go home.

It’s because you don’t really “do outside,” but you really love the person who made you come out. And honestly, it’s the effort that counts, right? 😁
