Dearly Beloved

Today, I am reminded of the words of Paul in the book of Philippians 2:13

“for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.”

What a privilege it is to have the Creator of the universe work in me to do His will for His good pleasure.

Thank you Father.

As It Is Heaven is coming!!!!!!

The Creative Identity | The School Of Creativity | Day Four

Before you ask what you should create, you must first understand who you are.

In Day 4 of The School of Creativity, we explore The Creative Identity—the biblical foundation of what it means to be a creative made in the image of God.

Our identity is not rooted in our talent, profession, audience, or artistic success. It is rooted in the One whose image we bear.

The School Of Creativity | Your Creative Work Is Light | Day Three

Many people assume that when God created the world, He eliminated darkness.
He didn’t.

Instead, He introduced light and gave it boundaries.

“God divided the light from the darkness.” (Genesis 1:4)

This is the pattern of Christian creativity.

The School Of Creativity | God Creative Act As A Template | Day Two

God didn’t just create the world, He showed us how to create.

In Genesis 1, creation wasn’t random. It was intentional. God envisioned, spoke, separated, formed, filled, evaluated, and rested. His creative process reveals a divine pattern that every Christian creative can learn from.

If we are made in the image of the Creator, then our creative work should reflect not only His nature but also His wisdom and order.
Today, we’ll explore the blueprint hidden in God’s first creative act and what it teaches us about creating with purpose, excellence, and intention.

Watch today’s episode on YouTube.

The School Of Creativity | God The Creator | Day One

We begin The School of Creativity by looking at the One from whom all creativity flows—God, the Creator.

Before we can understand what it means to be a Christian creative, we must first understand the nature of The Creator Himself. Every creative act, every gift, and every calling finds its meaning in Him.

In this first session, we’ll explore who God is as Creator and why that truth should shape the way we think about creativity, purpose, and our work.

If you’ve ever wondered what it truly means to create as a believer, this is where the journey begins.

Dearly Beloved

The School of Creativity begins this week.

From July 1st to July 15th, I’ll be taking a deep dive into what it truly means to be a Christian creative.

This isn’t a series about becoming more creative. It’s about recovering a biblical understanding of creativity.

For 15 days, we’ll explore questions through the lens of Scripture, building a theology of creativity that is rooted not in trends or culture, but in the Bible.

If you’re a poet, writer, filmmaker, musician, designer, or anyone who believes God has called them to create, this series is for you.

Join me on YouTube as we journey together.

Dearly Beloved,

While we wait for The School of Creativity to begin in July, I have something special for every Christian creative.

Many creatives know how to create, but few know how to create from a place of spiritual depth. We spend time developing our craft, yet neglect the soul from which the craft flows.

That’s why I created the 30-Day Devotional for Christian Creatives.

For 30 days, you’ll journey through Scripture, reflections, prayers, and insights designed to help you:
• Deepen your relationship with God
• Understand your creative calling
• Cultivate a healthy creative life
• Find purpose in your creative work
• Create from intimacy rather than pressure

Whether you’re a poet, writer, filmmaker, musician, designer, or any kind of creative, this devotional was written with you in mind.

If you’re looking for a way to prepare your heart before The School of Creativity begins, this is the perfect place to start.

Comment TSOC and I will send you the link to get it.

Dearly Beloved,

There is a kind of Christian creative the Scriptures reveal, a kind that I believe our generation is slowly forgetting.

To call yourself a Christian creative is more than attaching a label to your art. It is to understand something of the nature, character, and ways of The Creator Himself, the One who exists in a class of His own.

The School of Creativity is a 15-day journey into a biblical theology of creativity. Together, we will explore God’s creative nature, our creative identity, and the weight, responsibility, and purpose of creative work in the Kingdom of God.

This is not merely a conversation about art. It is a call back to the Creator.
