Meet @yaron.golan1 , co-founder and CEO of @pointsofyou

With a background in psychology, business and coaching, Yaron has spent almost two decades exploring one simple but powerful idea: when we change the way we look, we change what becomes possible.

Together with his team, he built Points of You from an idea on a beach in Tel Aviv into a global methodology used by coaches, facilitators and organizations around the world.

On 18 March 2027 in Belgrade, Yaron joins UNKNOWN: Where do we go from here?

Today we celebrate Rosh Hashanah - the Jewish New Year.

For us, it marks a new beginning.

But maybe that’s the beautiful thing about beginnings:
we don’t really have to wait for a new year to have one.

Any day can be a moment to pause.
To look at what we’re carrying.
To let go of something that no longer serves us.
To make room for something new.

So today, we’d like to share that invitation with you.

Take any Points of You® tool you have, choose two cards, and pick one pair of questions:

And maybe take a photo of the two cards you chose.

A small reminder that a new beginning doesn’t always need a new year.

What are you ready to leave behind?

We spend so much of our lives asking:

What do I want next?
What do I want to achieve?
Who do I want to become?

But sometimes, moving forward begins with a different question:

What am I no longer willing to carry?

A fear.
An old story.
A belief about ourselves.
A relationship with the past.
Something that once protected us, but no longer serves us.

In the Turning Point Program in Tibet, we took this question out of the room and into the mountains.

In silence, each person chose something to represent what they were ready to leave behind.

And one by one, we let it go.

No big answers.
No fixing.
Just a moment of intention, release, and space for something new.

Because sometimes a turning point isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about finally putting down what you no longer need to carry.

So maybe the question isn’t only, Where do I want to go?

Maybe it’s also:

TURNING POINT | TIBET ❤️

We arrived in Tibet as 23 people from different parts of the world.
Most of us strangers.

Each of us came with a story.
A story about who we are, where we are, what is possible, and what is not.

And then, for five days, something shifted.

Through the conversations, the silence, the questions, the images, and the people around us, we began to see our stories differently.

Maybe that’s what a real Turning Point is.

Not necessarily changing the whole story.
Just reaching the moment where you can no longer tell it in exactly the same way.

Five unforgettable days.
23 people. So many stories. So many turning points.

Thank you, Tibet. Thank you to every beautiful soul who was part of this journey. ❤️

What am I facing?
