Thank you to Tom Hellauer for writing this piece about us for the Denver Gazette! We can't wait to have you all see the space!

P.S. We promise we will have the front of the building nice and pretty soon! by @poisonpitdenver

It has been brought to our attention that our Halloween event accidentally bore a strikingly similar name to another event in town, so we've rebranded. We hope you can join us and @djslave1 this Halloween for Hallowed - A Dark Alternative Halloween Night.

I feel this is also a fantastic time to remind everyone that AI art does not exist and will never be tolerated in our promotional materials. taken in Poison Pit by @poisonpitdenver

As some of you may know our building is over 100 years old, which means that it comes with not only a lot of history, but its share of issues. Unfortunately, this has caused some delays with our final inspections required to open in time for this show. That being said, the show is still on. We are happy to announce that our friends over at Ratio Beerworks have been gracious enough to offer their space. No changes are being made with tickets or lineup, the only difference is that you'll actually be able to taste Ratio where it's made! We will keep everyone updated when we will actually be permitted to operate. We'll see you at the show! by @poisonpitdenver

Poison Pit renovations are well under way and in that process, we found a gem buried in the attic above the box office! Snake Pit was here at 608 E 13th Ave from 1990 to 2009, and was owned by Paul. Pictured is Paul's niece, Jodi, with Poison Pit owner and general manager, Jacob. We are very happy to have returned the sign to its rightful family alongside some tickets to our opening show. You can join us in celebrating the space's legacy and new beginning on October 8th! #denvercolorado #denvermusic #communityfirst #independentforever #denverbusiness #oldschool by @poisonpitdenver
