Man did I get lucky pulling these danger ferrets!! Well technically Typhlosion is based on a badger from my understanding 🦡🔥

I remember pulling a Typhlosion from Neo Genesis when I was 8 years old and not knowing what the card or Pokemon was. . . Man the simplicity from back in the day!! Not knowing what to expect really made opening packs exciting!

This one with Typhlosion and Ethan on the card really is a throwback! Can't get more Gold and Silver vibes than this. Apart from maybe the Ethan's Ho-oh 🦃🔥

This booster box art, although very recent, is pretty damn nostalgic!

Any of you who played Heart Gold or Soul Silver will know what I mean! They have to be my favourite Pokemon games apart from the OG gen 1 & 2.

Love this card! Such a nostalgic one with Ethan and Ho-Oh in the same artwork! 🔥🦃

When this was revealed alongside Team Rocket's Mewtwo in Destined Rivals, I knew I wanted to collect this set. It's way too expensive in English so I went for the two Japanese sets that make up Destined Rivals instead and I don't regret it at all!

The texture on Japanese SAR's is insane!

Such a nice artwork on this one!!

If any of you don't want to grade your cards but do want the ultimate protection, these acrylic screw down cases are a great alternative!

Slide your card into a perfect fit sleeve, place it into the acrylic case and you can even sleeve the case with a graded card sleeve if you don't want it to get scratched 👌

Your cards will not get damaged this way!

Awesome Misty's Psyduck addition to the Hot Air Arena collection!! CCC really knows how to grade a card and the slab is sweet 👌

The artwork on this card is stunning! This is probably my favourite Psyduck card!

Gotta love Team Rocket's Nidoking! Such a solid Pokemon to use in the first games with all the moves it can learn!

I really like seeing Nidoking with Giovanni in the background. We did get Giovanni's Nidoking back in the day in the Gym Challenge set but there was no Giovanni in the artwork. . .

UPGRADE! I upgraded this card to a GOLD label which, with CCC, means that the card is flawless apart from the card being very slightly off center 👌🔥

Absolutely love this Team Rocket's Moltres! I wasn't the biggest fan at first but, in person, this card really looks insane!

Japanese 151 Charizard 🔥 I know this Charizard has no neck but this is one of the most beautiful Charizard cards I have seen in terms of artwork!

I recently bought a case worth of Japanese 151 booster boxes for investment purposes and I always open one or two to make sure everything is LEGIT. I always want to be sure that what I might be selling down the line is 100% authentic.

So I opened two of the most damaged boxes (small indents, nothing major) and pulled this beast on the second one!! The first one is up on my youtube channel if you want to check that out 👍

Pokemon 151!! One of the best investments today!! 🔥

I personally prefer Japanese because it contains the pokeball and masterball reverses as well as the Mew and Mewtwo as pullable cards in the set!! Also. . . Booster boxes 👍

Such a solid set! One of the best in Pokemon TCG history imo 👌 What do you guys think?

These Destined Rivals booster boxes have gone far higher in price than I expected them to in such a short time. . . I personally don't see it as a good thing. It shows that the set is very sought after but it sucks that very few people are able to enjoy the set due to low availability / high demand. The prices are just too high too soon imo. Cmon Pokemon print print print!!

Team Rocket's Mewtwo!! Most recent addition to the collection!

I'll be making a video about my one year collection progress very soon too!

Do you guys collect Japanese or English? Or both?

Such a solid artwork! I wasn't a huge fan of this one until I saw it in person. The texture on the Japanese cards is pretty mad! I have to say it is probably one of the best Moltres cards in terms of artwork 👌🔥
