First of all, congratulations to myself for completing my first Sweeper duty! 🥳
It was truly a unique and unforgettable experience.

I was given the opportunity to serve as a Sweeper for QJM Ultra. A huge thank you to 1000 adventures club and the organisers team for trusting me with this role.

This event showed me what teamwork is really about—unity, passion, patience, and responsibility. Above all, every member of the team shared the same priority: making sure every runner returned safely and crossed the finish line. That spirit is something I truly admire and will always remember.

Along the way, I realized that I genuinely enjoy the sense of purpose that comes with being a Sweeper. The 20km cot in 10-hours , and our mission was simple: stay with the last runner, keep a steady, and make sure no one was left behind.

The most memorable moment was accompanying the last two runners all the way back to the finish line. I felt a little guilty because they were already exhausted, and I was still encouraging (or maybe pushing 😆) them to give final sprint. But seeing them cross the finish line safely, feeling of accomplishment is hard to put into words.

A heartfelt thank you to all the race crew, volunteers, and every runner who never gave up. This experience so meaningful and unforgettable.

Looking forward to the next adventure—see you on the trails again! ⛰️💪

The power of a team is always greater than the strength of an individual. 💪🏻🔥

HYROX is a sport that truly emphasizes teamwork. Throughout the training and competition, teammates always encourage and support one another. When your energy starts to fade, they always there to support the team forward. That sense of unity and shared determination is one of the things I love most about HYROX.

A big thank you to @amazfitmalaysia and @f45_training_damansaraheights for organizing this amazing event. It gave me the opportunity to discover and learn such an exciting sport. Not only did I get to experience the unique challenge of HYROX, but I also met many talented athletes and new friends @_curiositi @cherlynlcl 🙌🏻🙌🏻😄.

I’d also like to share my experience using the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro.

The watch is incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear, while maintaining a rugged and durable design. During HYROX training, you can simply select the HYROX Training mode to track your workout, making it easy and convenient to record your performance.

After each session, the data analysis is clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. Whether you’re monitoring your training intensity or reviewing your overall performance, the insights are presented in a way that makes sense. For anyone who is training for or actively participating in HYROX, the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is a great companion to have on your wrist.

Once again, thank you to Amazfit and F45 Training for this fantastic experience. Looking forward to the next challenge and many more training sessions with the team!
