Stumbled across this magnificent king protea ✨️ on our way up Langeberg Mountain range on the famous Protea Farm tractor trip on the weekend. They don't farm them but have thousands growing on this 7th generation farm, dating back to 1780

On Saturday we had our 29th annual Polar Bear swim, celebrating the winter solstice ❄️. It was another great success - fantastic weather ☀️ & a good turnout- around 150 🐻‍❄️
