So today I went back to pole and I’m not going to lie…I STRUGGLED. Spent a majority of the class feeling very frustrated and annoyed at my body. I felt like I completely lost all previous knowledge and strength.

However! I have reframed my thinking, you have to start somewhere and even though I am a few steps behind again, I know I’ll build up my skill and strength again.

Any tips and tricks to getting back to a seamless invert and how the hell do you fan?! Fanning is something I have ALWAYS struggled with!! 🌟💕 by @pole.bby.x
