Ok, last weekend was a BLAST and I'm starting to land mentally.
I love this time of the year even tho it's a bit stressful the days before competition. This year I competed in Artistic pole and Ultra Pole (Ultra for the first time). No medal in the Artistic category this year and I'm disappointed about my points. I did some small mistakes but overall I'm happy about the choreography and presentation.

Ulta pole was something new to me and gosh how fun it was!! To battle like that and to feel the support from the audience was amazing! What a show! 😍 How ever, I got a silver and I'm super thrilled! 🥈

Thank you @uppsalaaerialtraining @uppsaladanscenter and friends and family for your support and thank you @svenska_poleaerialforbundet for a great competition! See you next year 🇸🇪🙌

In two days I will enter the stage of Swedish championships in Pole for the sixth time 🇸🇪 It's incredible to look back at these years, all the ups and downs and the passion I feel for this sport to continue to do what I love.

Shoutout to @studiodqpetra for pushing me to start compete back in 2015, thank you 🙌 New for me this year is the Ultra Battle. I'm looking forward to it and hoping to give you all a good show together with the other athletes.

Polesweden, I'll see you at @fyrishov this weekend for the Swedish championships in Pole and Aerial! 🥳 More information, tickets and livestream at www.svenskpoleochaerial.se

Let's do this! 🙌🇸🇪

SUMMERDAYS LIKE THIS! 🌞🙌
Flying high and feeling free under the blue sky and the sun warming my skin. I will look back at this during the cold winterdays for sure ❄️

Wich one do you like the most? 1, 2 or 3?

Spinny-shapes inspired by amazing @fridanoodle 💃💫 I especially love the hench pose variation even tho you could really feel it in the skin. As we say - smile the pain away! 😆

☆ Holding iron X for Chester's scream ☆
Okey, so I had to do (a proper) video of this #linkinparkchallenge wearing my superman top. It was fun but hard, as you can se in the end 😅 will you give it a try? 🙌

POLE AND AERIAL SM 2026 ✨️🇸🇪

Ok, so last weekend was nationals in Pole and Aerial in Kristianstad Arena. I did not compete this year but I got a chance to be on stage anyway as a speaker during the hole competition Friday-Sunday and during the Ultra pole! 🎤🌟
I truly feel honored and even if it was intense these days I really had a lot of fun! 🙌

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to @svenska_poleaerialforbundet and Tävlingskommittén - what an amazing work you have done to make the competition happen and especially in a new arena! Thank you @elsberg7 for a great teamwork backstage and support. Thank you @neabea92 for your quick service and making sure we had everything we needed backstage etc. Thank you @acd_aerial for all the preparations before the competition and for beeing my private driver. Thank you @dance_michi90 for making the trip together to and from Skåne memorable.
The judges - that I shared hotel with - you made a great professional work during the competition and I had so much fun hanging out with you guys! 🥳

I would also like to say thank you to all athletes, volunteers, the audience, the livestream and people on and off social media. Sending out big love to the pole community! ❤️

TAKING A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE with some of my past national performances. Looking back, I realize how much hard work, dedication, and joy went into every routine. Here are a few snapshots, not from every performance, but each one holds special memories for me.

This year’s nationals, I’ll be participating not as an athlete, but as an announcer — and it feels truly honorable!

Which picture is your favorite?

It’s been OVER SIX MONTHS since my last visit in the old pole studio… crazy how fast time flies. Feels like yesterday but at the same time, so much has changed.

And right now, “Dracula” is on repeat in my earplugs — can't get enough of that song 🖤

WHAT DID JUST HAPPEND?! 🤯
Okey so this video deserves to be published. Last time I did regrips was a few years ago and I fell on my head (I did had a spotter). Since then I have been afraid of doing regrips but today was the day thanks to @alexandrasb.pole and not only ONE, TWO or THREE but FOUR regrips in a row!? Big thank you to @viktorssonmalin for spotting me and made me feel safe! 🫶
