This is why you should try different pole coaches. Each one teaches you something new.
Today I learn to be present and stay calm. Thanks to this beauty queen @spinwithjade.

A little bit shy to post it cause it ain’t perfect. But this post is dedicated to my beloved sister, Bella. That’s why I put our pict on the cover 🫶🏽
She’s the reason I got into exo pole, the one who made me see that my body language is beautiful and that despite the scars on my thighs and face, I am still valid and pretty. A true support system who doesn’t just talk, but shows the way, giving me the space to express myself freely without forcing me to mirror her every move.
I pray this source of sanity stays with us forever. For me, Bella, and everyone else. May whatever brings you joy always find its way to you, no matter the obstacles. May we all have the strength to push through hard times and hold onto what makes us, us.
Thank you so much, @bellaspinart 💕

I personally suggest not trusting your coach when they say “super easy” @nuelystabl 🫠

old me would’ve panicked and ended the spin abruptly lol. whatever happens, just finish the move and pretend you meant to do that.

even in life knowing how to exit gracefully instead of panicking when things don’t go according to plan is a must learn skill hahaha
