🌟 VARFÖR SPLITS HÖR HEMMA I DIN SHOWRUTIN 🌟
(Poledance performance edition 💃✨)

🎭 1. Visuell WOW-effekt

Today I turn 37 - grateful to start working on me, version 3.7 🥳

Taking some time to reflect on what I want to achieve this year. Among other things:

- phoenix spin will finally be mine this year
- keep pushing with rehab exercises to make up for previous mistakes
- find a middle ground where I can work through the crippling pain that is endometriosis
- completely flat front and middle splits
- bird of paradise
- being the best instructor I can be
- learn from my AMAZING circus community

…and more!!

What are your goals for this year? 🥳🤩🙌🏻 by @polemalin

💫Transitions are the glue that hold the magic together — where strength meets flow, and movement becomes art✨

Me and @nordicyogaacademy have started working on a new aerial apparatus. It’s just as fun as it looks in the video 🤩🎪

Finally managed to put #pdmarionamber in a spinny combination.

It took me a minute to figure this one out, but now it makes sense 😅🥳
