Dont you love when someone calls your phone in the middle of you recording🥹

Anywho, first time using pleasers while doing spin pole and LORD why didnt anyone ever warn me that these things are like weights and accelerate your spin even more😵‍💫

Also, trying to be more comfortable around people and trying to integrate myself back into society by taking classes and trying to talk to people more hasnt been easy but at least with open pole i can minimize the amount of talking and its usually familiar faces that i see 🥲🥹

TIRED but can’t get enough of this texas tornado. Chickened out of my machine gun because i was exhausted of running it from the top over and over again. TY @yookabazooka for sending me the vids from your last class🤍💖

Slightly different variation of what I did today, the ending’s different and i think this one’s cleaner and more controlled LOL #poleofinstagram #flowstate #spinpole #polesport #poledance by @polerialgap

Y’all know my favorite song to flow to is kiss it better and it’s been showing up on my feed again so here’s today’s training vid

Shocked myself a bit with open pole today cause I honestly expected not to be as strong especially with how monday went and my body adjusting to moving again. Safe to say I pushed myself again and starting to feel a lil bit more comfy getting brusied up again. #polersofig #spinpole #powerpole #polesport by @polerialgap

Took a 4 month hiatus from anything pole/aerial related to focus on my physical and mental well being. Life hasn’t been easy the past few weeks. It’s going to be a very long road to recovery but I’m glad that I finally had the courage to take myself to open pole today🤍🤍

Safe to also say I have ALOT of conditioning to do to get my strength back😩
