We were glad to host “Innovators’ Meet Up”, an event bringing together our EMBA and MBA students, startup ecosystem players, executive search professionals and alumni entrepreneurs. Through a fair-style format, participants had the opportunity to move freely between dedicated desks, meet professionals, ask questions and exchange ideas. The conversations offered insights into entrepreneurial journeys, startup growth and investment, while fostering meaningful discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship. After a welcome address by our Associate Dean Angelo Cavallo, participants connected with Nicola Rodriguez, Growth Manager at TEF, Paolo Guida, partner ETA Fund and Stefano Peroncini, CEO of Eureka! Venture SGR, Philina Santarelli and Andrea Cadelli, both Innovation Managers at POLIMI Innovators, and representatives of our alumni Entrepreneurship Club. The event also brought perspectives from Monica Malattia, Hunter Executive & Client Partner at TreeLead, alongside entrepreneurs Heidemarie Haupt, co-founder of Poseidon HyPerEs, Alice Mentasti, co-founder of @quoiseeyewear, Matteo Romanetti, co-founder of @helpiness_for_good, Riccardo Pistorello, CEO of Matix, AzzurroDigitale group, and Alessandro Broglia, co-founder of @official_up2you. Ci sono percorsi che lasciano un segno ben oltre la loro durata. Percorsi che uniscono apprendimento, crescita professionale e confronto tra persone accomunate dalla volontà di contribuire al cambiamento. Al Campus Milano Navigli abbiamo celebrato la Graduation del Master in Energy Management and Innovation for Utilities, sviluppato in collaborazione con @engieitalia per accompagnare professionisti e candidati selezionati nell’esplorare le sfide che stanno trasformando il settore dell’energia. In 16 mesi, aula, confronto ed esperienza sul campo hanno permesso ai partecipanti di ampliare competenze e prospettive, mettendosi alla prova su temi come innovazione, sostenibilità e transizione energetica. La Graduation è stata il momento in cui fermarsi a guardare il percorso fatto, ma anche quello in cui guardare avanti: verso nuove responsabilità, opportunità di sviluppo e possibilità di contribuire all’evoluzione del settore. È questo che abbiamo voluto raccogliere nel video: non solo una giornata di celebrazione, ma il valore di un percorso fatto di crescita, collaborazione e nuove connessioni. Sabato si è tenuto al nostro Campus Milano Navigli l’evento ‘Spark Your Future | Il futuro nasce dalle idee’, un’iniziativa dedicata ai ragazzi e alle ragazze tra i 14 e i 19 anni e alle loro famiglie, organizzata con il contributo del Club Alumni Corporate Innovation e del Club Alumni Entrepreneurship. Attraverso due workshop dedicati e una sfida su come contrastare il calo della lettura tra le nuove generazioni, i partecipanti hanno lavorato in gruppo per trasformare idee in proposte innovative, sviluppando pensiero critico, spirito di iniziativa e capacità di collaborazione. #CareerWeek | Five days, five sectors, and many opportunities to explore what comes next. Our Full-Time MBA students spent a week on our Milano Navigli Campus working on their career goals and connecting with alumni, companies and headhunters across different industries. From Digital & Innovation and Finance & Consulting to Manufacturing, Industrial & Luxury, and Healthcare & Pharma, each day brought a different perspective on the job market through employer presentations, alumni round tables and conversations with headhunters about current career trends. The week also gave students time to reflect on their career purpose and objectives and define a personalised action plan through one-to-one career support sessions. @satispay, the RoS, Soldo, @marchesinigroup and @seavisiongroup joined the programme, bringing their experiences and perspectives directly into the classroom and creating opportunities for our students to connect with the world of work. ‘CONNECT – The Future of Work’ torna al nostro Campus Milano Navigli! A new learning journey in Operations and Supply Chain Management begins. We’re delighted to welcome the new students of the Global Executive Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management, offered in partnership with @eadabarcelona. Over the next 12 months, our participants will explore the challenges reshaping supply chains today – from circularity and innovation to social impact – while developing the skills to connect operations, strategy and leadership in an increasingly complex global environment. Purpose Day 2026 si è ufficialmente concluso. È stato un piacere accogliere oltre 1.800 persone, tra presenza e online, al Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber per una giornata di confronto, idee e prospettive sul rapporto tra Purpose e tecnologia. Realizzato anche quest’anno in collaborazione con la Business School @hec_paris e il suo Purpose Center, Purpose Day 2026 ha riunito leader d’impresa, accademici, innovatori e professionisti attorno al tema “Driving Technology to Shape Meaningful Futures”, per esplorare come insieme possiamo guidare il progresso tecnologico verso futuri più significativi. Sul palco si sono alternati diversi interventi su human agency, intelligenza artificiale, leadership, trasformazione del business e ruolo della tecnologia nella società. Durante la giornata sono stati inoltre presentati i nuovi risultati dell’Osservatorio Purpose in Action e celebrati i vincitori dell’edizione 2026 di Leave Your Mark. Idee, spunti e confronto sono stati al centro dell’ultimo workshop in presenza dedicato alla Corporate Education Community (CEC), una sessione organizzata in vista del convegno di novembre. Durante la giornata, grazie ai contributi di Mauro Mancini, Docente di Project Management al @polimi, e Costanza Mariani, Assistant Professor di POLIMI School of Management, abbiamo esplorato le principali evidenze della ricerca. Il cuore del workshop è stato il Framework CHECK (Confirm, Hypothesise, Exemplify, Connect, Key Action) e il lavoro in gruppo, che ha permesso di mettere in relazione i risultati dell’analisi con esempi, connessioni e possibili leve d’azione. È stata una giornata di lavoro focalizzata sul passaggio cruciale “Dal dato quantitativo al sensemaking collettivo”. Siamo partiti dagli spunti di ricerca e dall’analisi descrittiva di quattro ambiti chiave – Organizational Drivers, Education Design, Competence Development, Workforce Readiness – per arrivare a una riflessione condivisa su ciò che i dati raccontano e sulle domande che aprono per il lavoro futuro. A day to celebrate the journeys of our MBA and EMBA graduates. 🎓 Today, we celebrated the Graduation Day at Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber in Milan, bringing together our MBA and EMBA participants for an afternoon of celebration, recognition and shared moments. The programme unfolded across three moments – MAKE, CONNECT and IGNITE – reflecting some of the experiences that have shaped our students’ journeys: learning and creating, building meaningful connections, and turning ideas and ambition into new possibilities. Our Dean Federico Frattini and Associate Dean for Open Programs Antonella Moretto opened the celebration, followed by a keynote from Filippo Ghirelli, Founder & Executive Chairman - Infracorp. The afternoon continued with the proclamation ceremony and the presentation of the Best Business Transformation Project, Inspiring Voice, Iconic Moment and Ignite Awards. The programme also featured a contribution from our alumna Simona Melani, Founder of @hebe_craft, who shared her experience and reflected on the value of being part of the POLIMI GSoM alumni community. Today marks the end of one journey and the beginning of another, as our graduates join a community that continues beyond the classroom. Al nostro Campus Milano Navigli abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare DreamHER: Sport e Scienza, l’evento che ha riunito i nostri Alumni e le nostre Alumnae del LeadHERship Club e dello Ski Club attorno alle storie di Amalia Ercoli Finzi, tra le più autorevoli esperte di ingegneria aerospaziale ed esplorazione spaziale, e Flora Tabanelli, medaglia olimpica e campionessa mondiale di Freestyle Big Air. Attraverso le loro testimonianze, abbiamo ripercorso sfide, scelte, successi e momenti di cambiamento, scoprendo quanto curiosità, determinazione e capacità di mettersi alla prova possano essere trasversali a discipline, generazioni e percorsi diversi. Un confronto che ci ha ricordato anche il valore della nostra community: scoprire esperienze lontane dalla propria, lasciarsi ispirare da nuove prospettive e continuare a immaginare possibilità per il futuro. We officially kicked off our International Full-Time MBA and welcomed a new group of students to our community. Our New-Generation MBA brings together purpose, innovation and technology, with AI-powered learning integrated throughout the programme. Over the coming months, students will develop the knowledge and perspectives to navigate complex global contexts, exploring topics from sustainability and digitalisation to innovation and leadership. The kick-off was a first opportunity to come together, get to know the journey ahead and hear from members of our community and the business world. The day included an opening speech by Antonella Moretto, our Associate Dean for Open Programs, and a thought-provoking lecture by our Dean Federico Frattini, followed by insights from Programme Directors Arianna Seghezzi and Massimiliano Guerini. Students also discovered the project developed with @fondazionesicomoromilano, before concluding the day with an inspiring speech by Paolo Poma, CFO of @lamborghini, introduced by Marco Giorgino, Professor at POLIMI GSoM.
