Дорогий 2022, Нарешті ти закінчився. Ти був найважчим роком у моєму житті... Ві*на, страх, зневіра, злість, ненависть, розпач. Чорна діра у душі... Часом я не могла повірити, що можу стільки плакати і через 5хвилин відписувати знайомим закордоном "I am OK". Я не знала, що застану війну і буду бачити фото вбитих ра*истами людей. Я не знала, що мій перший прайд буде в Лондоні. Я не знала, що одного дня я почую про смерть тата, до того як йому виповниться 50. Я не знала, що люди які розповідають як вони хочуть допомогти, можуть завдати болю. Я не знала, що зустріну своїх людей за тисячі кілометрів від дому. Проте, я знаю, що українці вільні та незламні. Ми переможемо, відбудуємо, будемо жити ще краще, але ніколи не забудемо. А якщо світ почне забувати, ми не втомимося нагадувати. Слава Україні! Слава ЗСУ! {Eng} Dear 2022, You're finally over. Sometimes I couldn't believe that I could cry so much and 5 minutes later text back my friends abroad that "I am OK". I did not know that I would witness a w*r and see photos of people killed by rashists. I did not know that my first pride will be in London. I didn't know that I would hear about my dad's death before he even turned 50. I didn't know that people who talk about how they want to help, can hurt you. I didn't know that I would meet my people thousands of miles away from home. However, I know that the Ukrainians are free and unbreakable. We will win, we will rebuild, we will live even better, but we will never forget. And if the world begins to forget, we won't get tired of reminding. Glory to Ukraine! Поїздка додому була ковтоком свіжого повітря. Життя змінилось. Наші родичі та знайомі служать або ми впізнаємо людей які загинули на плакатах. Ми віримо у найкраще але готуємо себе до найгірших новин. Знаходяться люди які хочуть скористатися ситуацією але головне зберігати холодний розум і не винити себе. Всім важко, але продовжуємо донатити/допомагати ЗСУ бо перемога не за горами. Все буде Україна💙💛 ________________________________________________________ The trip home was a breath of fresh air. Life has changed. Our relatives and friends serve or we recognize people who died on posters. We believe in the best but prepare ourselves for the worst news. There are people who want to take advantage of the situation, but the main thing is to keep a cool head and not blame yourself. It is difficult for everyone, but continue to donate/help the Armed Forces because victory is not far away. Ніколи не влаштовувала собі професійні фотосесії, все ж так набагато комфортніше почуваєшся, коли можеш все контролювати сам. І навіть тоді, з 50ти фото подобається 5 - ніс завеликий з цього ракурсу, губи замаленькі, погляд як у маньяка і ще тисячі комплексів. Це була моя перша фотосесія з @olii_bekh. З нею ми, до речі, познайомилася за декілька днів до цього в блаблакарі. Мені здається, в якийсь момент я навіть, заснула на її плечі (Оля сорі🙈). Процес був дуже комфортним, а результат неймовірним. Thinking about going somewhere or traveling always makes me anxious. Even if it's just going home or to a different city. I know that I make myself feel like I have 100500 things to do and errands to run. Instead of doing things I pace around thinking how I would not be able to do them. Some would say it's bs and just stupid, right? It's not just me, there are thousands of people who have anxiety and it's OK. We are human. We all have emotions and we should be able to express them and not be judged. People don't choose to have anxiety, but you can damn well choose what you got to say about it or if you should say anything at all. Small things like this matter. Your mental health matters.
