I am and have been allergic to gel so was hesitant to try this when @londontownusa so kindly gifted it to me, but happy to report I had no reaction whatsoever. Additionally I am now FINALLY able to get a salon like gel mani at home. More @londontownusa gelshift mani’s coming up in my future for sure. happy new year and happy new year of manis featuring @lightslacquer strawberry frosting with a coat of mother of pearl on top- its the perfect pearly sheen pink almost like a opaque mean girl(other lights color) absolutely obsessed with it! by @polishandchapters

August had some of my best reads of the year even though I didn’t get through much of my tbr!

📕𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙈𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨- It got me into tears, It weaves together several interconnected stories to explore the many forms of love and how our lives can unexpectedly intertwine
📗𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙧- My first Ann Patchett - I loved the way it explored family, memory, love, and how certain people can stay with us long after a chapter of our lives has ended.
📘𝙇𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙆𝙞𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡- a mixed bag but I got to meet Joss Richard + Joyce Joyce at a book event and it was soooo fun
📙𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪- This one was so thought-provoking and really made me think about all the little lies, fibs, and half-truths we tell.
📚🪄- Also 60% through A Court of Mist and Fury by @polishandchapters

𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 by @lightslacquer 🔥🧲✨Okayyy this magnetic polish is STUNNING 😍 The shift has so much depth and dimension, and I swear it looks different every time the light hits it. ✨🔥 I could not stop moving my nails around just to watch that magnetic effect 😂💅🏼
Such a fun, fiery shade and definitely one of those polishes that’s even prettier in person! ❤️‍🔥✨ Also feels like a great fall transition shade 🍁🍂💛 by @polishandchapters
