College is a fresh start. Don’t rush to make your circle small.

Say hello. Meet different people. Stay curious.

The people you meet first may be your people or they may simply lead you to them.

Stay open.

Some lessons never go out of style…

Being kind is one of them.

What if, instead of judging who you used to be, you gave yourself credit for everything you’ve learned along the way?

Give yourself grace. You’re never stuck in one version of yourself. Keep learning, growing, and becoming.

Last day in my 40s.

As I reflect back on my life, I find myself feeling incredibly grateful for every single version of Meryl.

Some versions I’m prouder of than others. Some made better decisions, some made mistakes, and some had a lot of growing up to do. But every single one played a part in bringing me to where I am today.

There is no perfect in life. There will always be room to learn, grow, and become better.

But here’s what I’ve learned along the way…

No one knows you better than you know yourself. Trust yourself. Make the move. Take the chance. Get it wrong. Get back up. Find the lesson. And keep going.

Be grateful for what you have, appreciate the people you love, and don’t spend so much time worrying about what everyone else thinks.

Life isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about learning, growing, and becoming more comfortable with who you are.

I’m walking into 50 with a grateful heart, an open mind, and so much excitement and hope for what’s still to come ❤️ by @polished__you

The best nights leave you with memories, not missing pieces.

Have fun. Let loose. But remember, drinking too much is never worth the risk.

Take care of yourself. Look out for your friends. Get home safely.

It’s only October. Give yourself some credit.

Instead of focusing on what you haven’t figured out yet, look at everything you already have.

You’re doing hard things. Be proud of yourself.

Having your people is great. Being kind to everyone is even better.

You don’t have to be friends with everyone to be friendly to everyone.

I don’t always need the whole story.

Sometimes I just need to know my girls are okay.

Don’t confuse “not yet” with “not going to happen.” 🤍

The right fit is worth waiting for.
