Turns out I really do love it up here. ✨
It’s funny how differently you can see a moment once you give yourself a little time. At first I saw everything I could’ve done better. Now I look at these and see how happy I was, how hard I worked to get there, and how much I genuinely love this sport.

1 Year Ago olympiallc w/ 75+ Bikini Athletes Competing! Beyond honored to represent the IFBB and the Bikini Category especially as a Natural Bikini Athlete. My favorite thing about bodybuilding is putting in “THE WORK” that others don’t want to do & always staying true to myself & doing it in a way that I can be proud!

Command The Stage this past weekend @bretcontreras1 Glute Lab with @teamprophysique was a huge success!! I gave a posing presentation, ran the posing station, and a the ladies participated in a mock show to complete the weekend! Congrats to all the winners and cheers to all the women who showed up to improve their craft! 💃

First show of the season. 💜✨

I had so much fun getting here.

The work. The anticipation. Peak week. Doing my own tan and glam. Practicing posing until it felt automatic. Making friends backstage. Finally stepping onto that stage after months of work. ⚡️

And more than anything, I felt SOOO loved. 🥹💜

I’ve never had this much support from my friends and family before, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget it. Thank you to everyone who watched, messaged me, checked in, hyped me up, and believed in me. I don’t even really know how to put this weekend into words yet, but one thing I know for sure is how grateful I am. 🫶🏼

My goal was always simple: get onstage, feel good about how I look and improvements I’ve made, and know I gave everything I had.

And in that way, I won. 🏆 And I am proud of the package we brought! ✌🏼

I’d be lying if I said it didn’t hurt for a moment when I realized I wasn’t placing where I hoped. I’m competitive, and of course I wanted more.

But I won’t let one result define the work that got me here.

There is so much peace in knowing I did everything I could. I showed up. I stayed on plan. I left nothing on the table. I did not let me wondering, what if I had tried harder? Not one bit.

And this was never supposed to be easy. 🖤

I’m not looking for pity or excuses. If I was good enough for that placing that day, I would’ve gotten it. I didn’t. So we learn.

We take the judges’ feedback. I know what needs work. We improve. We comeback better. 🔥

And this was only the first show of the season.

We’re not done. 😈🔥

열심히 했잖아.
더 할 수 없을 만큼 최선을 다해보자.
어차피 안 될 거 빼고 다 되.

Nashville was my favorite look of the season 💜

This suit, the purple lights, the smoke, the stage… it was even better than what I dreamed competing at the Nashville Fit Show would be like!

My girl @ifbbpro_lawna was so right — this show experience is everythingggg 🫶
