As the year is winding down, we can honestly look back and say that 2026 was a year that we truly worked! 2018 was the year that we executed the most events, till 2026. As we began to elevate into the luxury market, naturally it becomes about quality and not quantity. Well, 2025 came and those brides/clients said "you will put us on your calendar for 2026" and they meant just that 😭🤣🤏🏽. 2026 we tackled the most events on a luxury scale that we ever have before, still being sure not to exceed our cap, because we don't ever want our clients to feel like just a 'number'. Here's the kicker, we are still not done yet for the year. We have enjoyed where this journey has taken us. We have also been able to plan more social events this year than ever before. We got to dabble in planning more: welcome dinners, day after brunches, venue grand openings, bridal showers, more. Our clients booked more of our wedding weekend packages this year, which allowed us to curate their entire weekend experiences, allowing us to bond more with their family and friends before the big day, which made the day so much better because it was like we were all family. We were blessed with clients this year that took us in and made us feel like we were one of their loved ones. Our team has always felt like a little family, but this year we truly got to soak in the feeling of our clients being extended family as well. We can not wait to see what the rest of this year holds.

Now, let’s get into these details ✨

For the grand opening of @sophisticatedspaces, we went with a Modern Texas Desert theme, incorporating pops of orange, tans, greens, and neutrals throughout the space.

We wanted our guests to feel the sophistication in every detail while still creating a space that felt warm, inviting, and true to us. With the help of our amazing vendor friends, we were able to bring that vision to life.

A special thank you to our vendor team 🤎

@polishedoccasions for the vision board, planning, and helping curate an amazing experience as always.

@keishaskreations for helping source our furniture, statement pieces, and florals.

@landrariliece_events for the design, decor, and bringing our vision to life through the backdrops and finishing touches.

@nicolemadeit_ for our signage, merch, and photo walls.

@maddsawskills for helping us create this fabulous bar. Stay tuned for that video! 👀

Honorable mentions ✨

We’re so grateful for the people who helped make this night what it was. Every detail came together because of the people behind it, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing turnout! ‘Til next time 🫂

Sophisticated Spaces’ grand opening was nothing short of unforgettable. 🤍

It has been a journey, to say the least, but we couldn’t have made it happen without the support of our community. We laughed, we cried, and if you know anything about us, you know WE DANCED. 🪩🎉

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and to all of the incredible vendors who helped make this night so special.

The doors are officially open! Sophisticated Spaces is now booking weddings and events. We can’t wait to be a part of your next celebration. ✨
