Meet the Noir et Rosé Experience Team: Mike Jordan 🥂 @mikejordanatl

When you charter an entire ship, you get to do things differently.

So what exactly is a Master of Moments? It’s the person who knows when there’s a conversation worth having, a story worth pulling out—or when it’s time to stop talking and get the party going. 😂

That’s why I chose Mike Jordan.

Mike is a gifted journalist with an uncanny ability to get to the heart of a subject. He’s smart, funny, curious and quick with the kind of spot-on commentary that can turn a casual conversation into one everybody wants to join.

As our Master of Moments, Mike will help guide us through the onboard experience—introducing activities, setting the tone, drawing out the interesting conversations and personalities, and keeping the energy flowing from one experience to the next.

Because some of the best travel memories aren’t on the itinerary. They’re the moments that just happen.

Meet the Noir et Rosé Experience Team: @vinxmusic 🎶🍷

When you charter an entire ship, you get to do things differently.

And one of the experiences I’m most excited about is something you’re definitely not going to find on a typical river cruise.

That’s why I chose Vinx.

Vinx is an extraordinary vocalist, percussionist, songwriter and improvisational artist who has performed and recorded with legends including Stevie Wonder, Sting, Herbie Hancock, Sheryl Crow, Branford Marsalis and Taj Mahal.

But what really fascinates me about Vinx is the way he creates music in the moment. As he says, “The moment is where the magic hides.”

So we’re going to put that creativity together with another member of our Experience Team, James Beard Award-winning sommelier Lee Campbell, for something created especially for Noir et Rosé.

Lee will curate the wines. We’ll taste each one together. And Vinx will listen to what the wine says to him—and play what he feels that wine sounds like. 🍷🎶

Wine becoming music.

No set playlist. No rehearsed soundtrack. Just the flavors in the glass, Vinx’s imagination, and whatever happens in that room with all of us experiencing it together.

That’s the kind of moment I imagined when I decided to charter the entire ship. Not just entertainment, but experiences we could make our own.

And I cannot WAIT to see what Bordeaux sounds like.

Travel has always been personal for me. ✨

It started authentically, with one trip to Paris. I still remember coming out of the train station, seeing Paris for the first time, and feeling completely in awe. That moment changed something in me.

From there, I knew more people of color needed to have these experiences. We deserve to see the world, feel welcomed in beautiful places, and know that this whole world belongs to us too.

That passion is what led me to create Noir et Rosé: The Bordeaux Experience. 🍷🇫🇷
